Reminder Instructions
Call (212) 792-9972, or dial your mobile phone number and let Talk2Us answer the call. Then, say 'set a reminder' or press 4. Then say the date and time you want your reminder.
The system will then prompt you to record your reminder. Reminder recordings can be up to two minutes long. When you're done recording, you can either hang up, press the # key, or just wait a few seconds.
After recording, if you like, you can hear the reminder message again or rerecord it.
Call Reminders
You can create a reminder to call anyone in your contact list. When Talk2Us answers, just say 'Remind me to call [contact name.]' Their name and phone number will be sent along with the basic reminder.
Reminders for Others
You can set reminders for anyone in your contact list. Just say 'set a reminder for [contact name].'
Or set a reminder for someone to call you. Say 'set a reminder for [contact name] to call me.'
Sample Usage
Talk2Us: What would you like to do?
User: Set a reminder.
Talk2Us: For what date and time?
User: Tomorrow at 9am
Talk2Us: OK, a reminder for tomorrow at 9am. Go ahead.
User: [records reminder message]
Talk2Us: Would you like to save it, hear it, or rerecord it?
[User hangs up. At the designated time, Reminder is sent by phone, SMS, and email.]
