This user guide provides instructions on how to use the features of your Talk2Us account.
These Include:
- Screening calls. See at a glance who is calling, why they're calling, and the status of their call. Listen to message audio and view message text the moment it is available. Talk by phone right away if you wish.
- Transcribing messages. Your voicemail is sent to you as emails with attached audio, and as text messages if you like. You can also view them and respond to them using our desktop application. Smartphone applications coming soon.
- Scheduling follow-ups. At any time, easily set reminders for yourself or others to follow up from a phone call.
You can do this:
- By phone. Call 212-792-9972 to hear voicemail, play messages from a particular person, send voicemail/email/text messages, set reminders for yourself or any of your contacts, or change your greeting, all using your voice.
- On the iPhone. There you can read your transcribed voice messages, and listen, forward, and reply. Send new messages by phone, SMS, email, or all of these.
- On the desktop. You can also do all these things and more, and can view info about your calls as they happen. You can also place instant calls.
Just set up your account, then access your account by phone or on the desktop.
